Though a Hybridazon can be a combination of any other Amazon builds, it’s been made popular by a Passivezon/Javazon mix.
Almost clearing enemies as quickly as the Javazon, this Amazon build is great at PvM and MF.
Hybridazon Skills
Built like a Passivezon with a few key differences, the Hybridazon begins to deviate from the build early on. After unlocking Valkyrie, invest points in it whenever possible, since she’ll be tanking for your Hybridazon. Valkyrie will be your second maxed skill, right after Lightning Strike.
A Hybridazon should then max out her other avoidance passives (Avoid, Dodge, Evade) and Crit after. Some players like to invest extra points in Inner Sight to amplify their damage output.
How does this build play?
Hybridazons deal damaged based on how large their chained Lightning Strike hits, dropping mobs instantly at lower levels. Using her Valkyrie companion, a Hybridazon will aggro large groups of monsters and kite them to her Valkyrie. Once she’s exchanged the aggro to her Valkyrie it will then dump damage into the unsuspecting monsters.
A durable Valkyrie will keep you alive.
The Valkyrie’s health is refreshed on summon, making the Valkyrie fearsome in battle. You won’t find yourself spamming the skill unless you’re in a bad situation! As mentioned in other builds, levels in the Decoy skill make your Valkyrie tankier. The Decoy skill is great at lower difficulties, but loses relevance on Hell mode.
As stated above: Start your skill rotation with Inner Sight to maximize the damage output!
Attribute Distribution is dependent on the player’s build, but our Javazon base build is a great place to start!
Mercenary
As always an Act 2, desert mercenary is the best teammate for any Amazon. “Holy Freeze” is always preferred for CC but “Might” is useful for extra DPS.
Hybridazon Equipment
Hybridazons are built to be player customized, so depending on your play style her items might change. Since the Hybridazon is built on spamming skills it’s likely you’ll need items that return Mana on every physical strike.
